Follow these simple steps to start tracking your client hours effectively

1. Set Up Your Clients

Go to the Client Management area to add your clients and their default hourly rates.

Example Client Setup:

  • • Client Name: Acme Corp
  • • Client ID: ACM
  • • Default Rate: $150/hour

2. Format Your Calendar Entries

Use client IDs at the start of each calendar entry for automatic tracking.

Calendar Entry Format:

Standard Rate Entry:

ACM: Client Meeting

Special Rate Entry:

ACM: Urgent Support [rate: 300]

3. Track Your Hours

Hourhustle automatically tracks your hours based on calendar entries.

Best Practices:

  • • Always start entries with the client ID

View detailed breakdowns of hours and earnings by client.
